The dot size is different for different size character and graphic LCDs. As a general rule, the smaller the dot, the higher the resolution.
The dot pitch is the distance between dots. Center to center.
A standard dot size is .56 mm by .66 mm
The standard dot pitch is .60mm by .70mm
