Do all types of LCDs have a selectable interface. What are some of the interface options?

Every LCD has to have some sort of interface. It could be as simple as a 4:1 and 1:1 multiplex on segment

https://focuslcds.com/product-category/tft-display/are parallel or RGB or SPI depending on the speed and number of I/O (In/Outs) you have.
