First, Focus LCDS are not rated as Intrinsically Safe LCDs? We can custom build the LCD to meet your design requirements.
The smaller the capacitance value, the better. Capacitors are similar to batteries. They charge slowly and discharge quickly. This discharge can create an arc to ignite the gases near it.
