Are there smaller TFTs with a IPS interface or are they mainly for larger displays?

Not sure what you consider smaller, but here is a 2” TFT with IPS interface <https://focuslcds.com/product/2-0-tft-d ... a-cw540-r/>. This is a standard stock item.

Are there smaller TFTs with a IPS interface or are they mainly for larger displays?
