What is the differences and advantages of a OLED vs. a character LCD
OLEDs can be built as a character or graphic unit. OLEDs are able to display in 64K or 64M unique colors.
Character LCDshttps://focuslcds.com/product-category/character-lcd/ are monochrome which means there is one color character and a different color background. Character display can only display characters, but they are easy to program and have low change of going End Of Life.
