What is the difference between LED and LCD?
LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display.
The LED is like a light that needs to be on to be seen. It draws much more current than a LCD.
The LCD is a liquid between two layers of glass and can be read during daylight without a backlight on. It is readable at night with the LED backlight on.
